Steamboat Little Givers – Tree Decorating

Calling all kids! Join Steamboat Little Givers on Sunday, 11/8/2026 at noon to decorate our tree for The Steamboat History Museums’ Festival of Trees! We are partnering with The Climbing Collective to raise funds for their adaptive climbing programs and are so excited to decorate a “climbing” tree! Huge thanks to Mountain Minis Physical Therapy for helping. All ages welcome, 10% off all kids beverages for those who help out!

Treats for Troops

Were your kids really good at trick-or-treating? Did you buy too much candy and don’t trust yourself with the leftovers? Support our troops and bring your extra unwrapped treats to the Boys & Girls Club Nov 2nd -10th from 11AM-6PM for our annual Treats for Troops candy collection drive. Hosted by Sturges Cusenbary Wealth Management, who covers the cost of shipping the candy. The collection box will be at our front door (come through the chain-link fence) at 325 8th Street.

Mountain Minis Adaptive Rock Climbing

Join us for a fun and supportive group rock climbing class designed for kids with disabilities! Children will work on strength, balance, coordination, and confidence while moving alongside peers. Classes will be led by pediatric physical therapist, Dr. Erika Barger, PT, DPT, PCS, and certified rock climbing instructor, Bosch Erickson. Classes are held Friday nights at Steamboat Climbing Collective. Cost is $40 per class. Ages 6+. Siblings and friends are welcome to join!

Fall Into Something New – Holiday Craft Night with 4-H

Join us for a fun Holiday Craft Night to make easy, festive crafts for all skill levels with 4-H! Celebrate the season with an evening of festive crafting fun. Create several easy holiday-themed projects perfect for decorating or gift-giving. This workshop is designed for all skill levels and offers something fun for everyone. All supplies are included. Whether you’re a crafting pro or just looking to try something new, this night is all about good vibes and great company. Don’t miss out on the holiday fun! This workshop is for ages 6 and up. Youth must be accompanied by an adult.

Warren Miller’s Days Off presented by SSWSC

Warren Miller’s Days Off screenings in Steamboat Springs, are hosted by Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club.

Drop in on Warren Miller’s 77th film, Days Off. Join host Katie Burrell as she pulls back the curtain on what the pros do on their days off. Go skijoring in Banff, join Craig McMorris and friends in Whistler, and explore Alaska’s spines with Sam Kuch and Craig Murray. Watch Jess Kimura push snowboarding forward and inspire the next generation in Hokkaido, Japan. Head to Chamonix for an intense high-alpine pivot with Christina “Lusti” Lustenberger. Then, hit Deer Valley with Ted Ligety, Kaylin Richardson, Pep Fujas, Chuck Mumford, and their broods, plus much more.

Concessions are available every night, and beer and seltzer are available at the Friday and Saturday shows only.

Purchase tickets online or at the door (tickets go live on October 23, 2026) or at the door if available; evening shows sell out. Warren Miller’s Days Off is a fundraiser for Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, and and all proceeds benefit SSWSC athletes.

Come to the Climbing Collective for a fun headlamp climbing scavenger hunt for Halloween!

Trick-or-Trot at MVHR 2026

The horses invite you to the Mountain Valley Horse Rescue (MVHR) 3rd Annual Trick or Trot on Sunday, October 25th from 1pm to 3pm for a Trot around the Ranch, Horse Corral Scavenger Hunt and Treats! Bring the whole family, dress in your favorite costume and you might find that some horses also dress up and love Halloween! Spots are limited, so please RSVP! This is a FREE community event.

FREE Green Halloween Costume Give Away

A free costume giveaway for Halloween, with used costumes collected from the community, treats, and a fun atmosphere hosted by the National Honor Society. Come to the Steamboat Springs High School to pick up free used costumes collected from our community. There will be treats and a fun time provided by the National Honor Society!
