🤠 Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series – Cowboys’ Roundup Days
Kick off your 4th of July Steamboat celebration with a true taste of the Wild West! The Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series brings three nights of thrilling rodeo action to Brent Romick Arena from July 3 – 5 as part of Cowboys’ Roundup Days.
Family highlights:
- Calf Scramble and Ram Scramble: Kids dash after calves and rams to grab ribbons — a favorite kids event!
- Live music & BBQ: Gates open early for dinner and live tunes before the rodeo kicks off.

🎉 Steamboat Mountain 4th of July Bash
The festivities begin in the afternoon with family activities including Strider bike decorating and a festive strider bike parade. Then the celebration shifts into full party mode with DJ dance sets, themed food and drinks, costume/ dance contest and a performance from 6 Million Dollar Band.
- 2:00 to 10:00 PM | Retro Roller Rink :Roll into the fun with our retro roller rink. Skate rentals available on site.
- 3:00 to 5:00 PM | Free Strider Bike Decorating :Bring your own Strider bike and get creative with patriotic and throwback decorations.
- 5:00 PM | Strider Bike Parade Through Steamboat Square A: festive parade for riders ages 5 and under.
- 5:30 to 7:30 PM | Throwback DJ Dance Party & Costume Contest: Get the party started with throwback hits, dancing, and plenty of chances to join the fun. Our roaming prize squad will be rewarding the best costumes, dance moves, and party spirit throughout the crowd.
