Pregnancy + Postpartum HIIT Pilates Reformer

This class is for anyone who is currently pregnant, wanting to get pregnant, or who is postpartum–whether you are 6 weeks postpartum or 5+ years postpartum. We are always able to strengthen our bodies.

Our Pregnancy + Postpartum Class is a 45 minute High Intensity Pilates Class, focused on all the same areas as our traditional Tonic Classes, with increased emphasis on Pregnancy and Postpartum. We will spend some time at the beginning on breathwork/core breathing exercises and end with some mobility focused work. Our goal with this class is that you learn ways to modify your regular Tonic Classes to keep yourself strong during pregnancy and re-build successfully postpartum.
