The American Red Cross Babysitter Training course provides youth planning to babysit the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants. DESCRIPTION:A fun and mindful after-school activity designed to help kids ages 4-8 move\, stretch\, and unwind! \nWHEN:\nThursday from 4:30 – 5:30 pm\, starting January 8 – March 26 \nWHAT:\nThis 12-week kids yoga program introduces young yogis to balance\, breathwork\, and playful movement in a supportive environment. It’s the perfect after-school option for kids to practice yoga while parents take BODYPUMP\, work out\, or relax in the hot springs. These classes are fun\, mindful\, connective\, and the benefits are many\, including increased focus\, emotional and body awareness\, access to stillness\, social regulation\, and physical foundations of strength and flexibility. \nINVESTMENT:\n$100 for the 12 sessions (members or non-members) or $10 drop-in (participants must register at the front desk). Members may register online using the members portal\, and guests may register here. Members and guests can also register by stopping by or calling the OTHS front desk at 970-879-1828. \nINSTRUCTOR BIO:\nHalli is an elementary educator of 10 years with 20 years of experience in childcare. She’s been practicing yoga since she was a teenager and teaching kids’ yoga since her early 20s. At 32\, Halli is eager to share her love of yoga with all\, especially young people because they are the roots of our future. \n\n\n	Related

DESCRIPTION:Pumpkin Float at Old Town Hot Springs\nCelebrate the fall and Halloween season with an afternoon of family fun at Old Town Hot Springs! Make a splash at the pumpkin float and get creative at our pumpkin decorating station. Our water slides will be free and open for all kids (and the kids at heart) to enjoy. Warm up with complimentary apple cider and make it a fall day to remember. \nPumpkin Float\nWe are bringing the pumpkin patch to the pool! OTHS will write a number on each pumpkin before tossing them in our hot pool. Participants are each given a number and have to swim to find their pumpkin in the pool! After finding their pumpkin and drying off\, kids are invited to get creative at our pumpkin decorating station in the Community Room.   \nPumpkin Registration\nReserve your spot in the Pumpkin Float! All Routt and Moffat County residents are invited to visit the facility free of charge for our annual Community Appreciation Day on Sunday\, September 7th. \nIf you haven’t had the chance to check out our new pools\, this is the perfect opportunity to experience them firsthand. Bring your friends and family and enjoy a full day of relaxation\, connection\, and fun.
