DESCRIPTION:Description: Participants will work with rolled clay slabs to make fun\, hand-made decorated ceramic ornaments with instructor Xenia Zampolli. Students can use cookie cutters to cut out shapes or ceramic tools to cut and sculpt unique forms. We will then use a variety of carving and texture tools to imprint the clay surface and underglaze to paint and decorate the ornaments. Each ornament will be prepared with a small hole at the top through which to affix string for hanging.
