Every Tuesday in October, new parents and babies gather for peer support and practical conversations on topics like parenting without the pressure, building your village, and parental mental health. Best for babies ages 0–12 months and their caregivers.

- Oct 6 – Parenting Without the Pressure: Exploring how to step away from “perfect” social media parenting, comparisons and unrealistic expectations and embrace your own parenting journey.
- Oct 13 – Building Your Village: Parenthood wasn’t meant to be done alone. Let’s talk about finding your people and creating a support system that helps you feel less alone and more supported.
- Oct 20 – Community Expert: Lilia Luna Psy.D, Behavioral Health Director of Northwest Colorado Health: Supporting parental mental health by honoring the emotional challenges of parenthood and sharing caring, practical resources.
- Oct 27 – Spooktacular Craft: Join us to create a memorable craft with your child’s footprint.
