Bear Dance Ceremony & Community Gathering

In conjunction with the exhibition, the community is invited to a special evening honoring Ute Indian culture and celebrating the public art of nationally renowned Indigenous sculptor Oreland Joe. The evening begins at 5:00 PM with a Bear Dance Ceremony & Dedication at Civic Plaza, followed by a 6:30 PM Community Reception & Potluck at the Depot Art Center. Free and open to all — guests are encouraged to bring a dish to share.
